1. Introduction

Welcome to PureBuay ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Client," "you," or "your") and PureBuay governing your access to and use of our website, services, products, and any related applications or platforms (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, browsing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Services.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and Services. By using our Services, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

"Services" means all website development, design, maintenance, hosting, consulting, and related digital services provided by PureBuay.
"Client Content" means any data, text, images, videos, or other materials provided by you for inclusion in your website or project.
"Deliverables" means the final website, application, or digital product delivered to you upon project completion.
"Maintenance Plan" means an optional ongoing support and maintenance service agreement between you and PureBuay.
"Project Completion" means the date when the final deliverables are handed over to you and you have provided written acceptance.

2.5 Third-Party Authentication (Google Sign-In)

Google Sign-In Authorization: When you use "Sign in with Google," you authorize PureBuay to access your basic Google profile information as described in our Privacy Policy. This information is limited to your email address, name, and profile picture.

By using Google Sign-In, you agree that:

You authorize PureBuay to create a user account using your Google profile information;
Your use of Google Sign-In is subject to both these Terms and Google's Terms of Service;
You have read and understood our Privacy Policy regarding how we use your Google information;
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account;
We will only access the basic profile information described in our Privacy Policy;
We will not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, or other Google services without explicit additional authorization.

Revoking Authorization: You can revoke PureBuay's access to your Google account at any time by visiting https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Note: Revoking Google access will not delete your PureBuay account. You will need to use alternative authentication methods (email/password) to continue accessing our services.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials (whether Google or email/password). You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. PureBuay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PureBuay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal or internal business purposes only.

4. User Obligations

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and project briefing;
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and be responsible for all activities under your account;

7. Post-Delivery Support and Responsibility

Limited Warranty Period: PureBuay provides a limited warranty period of 3 days for Basic Package, 7 days for Standard package, and 15 days for Premium package from the date of Project Completion ("Warranty Period").

Scope of Warranty:

Critical functionality errors that prevent the website from operating as designed;
Broken links or navigation issues present at the time of delivery;

Exclusions from Warranty:

Issues arising from modifications made by you or any third party after delivery;
Problems caused by hosting environment changes or server misconfigurations;

IMPORTANT: After the Warranty Period expires, PureBuay assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY for website maintenance, security, or any issues.

9. Payment Terms & Subscriptions

Payment Schedule: Full Payment is Required Before Development Starts.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayPal and popular credit/debit cards.

STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY: All payments made to PureBuay are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

Your use of our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
